Jakarta, March 12, 2026 - PT Cashlez Worldwide Indonesia Tbk (CASH) held a Annual Shareholders' Public Meeting (RUPST) Year 2025 and the Great Stock Supporter General Meeting (RUPSLB) in 2026 that took place at the Atria @ Sudirman Building @ Sudirman, Jakarta. In the meeting, the shareholders agreed to a number of strategic agendas that intended to strengthen the company's fundamentals and support the continued business growth in the digital payment industry.
In RUPST, the shareholders have approved the Annual Perservative Report for the year that the book ends on December 31, 2025, the restoration of the Chairman's Council and the deletion of authority to the Commissioner's Board to establish a reunification of the Perservative Board for the year 2025. The meeting also approved the appointment of the Public Accountant and / or Public Accounting Office to audit the Perseroan Financial Report year 2026. Next up, the divorce passed the net loss of the company for a year that ended on December 31, 2025, the sum of Rp67 billion.
Meanwhile, the shareholders have agreed to an additional plan for the company to add more capital to the 'I' (PUT I) by offering the preferred effect (HMETD) as many as 996766699 shares. Through this decision, the shareholders also authorized the Perseroan Board to implement PUT I in accordance with the law of the law.
Meeting also approves the status change of Perseroan from the previous Foreign Modules Company (PMA) to the State Modules Funding Company (PMDN), as part of the Perseroan step in adjusting the investment and development structure of future efforts.
In addition, the meeting approved an extension of the deletion of authority to the Commissioner's Council to publish new stocks and to adjust the funds and the reserve of funds regarding the implementation of the Management and Employee Stock Program as it was approved in the Permanent UPS.
The commitment to the Digital Paying Business and Compliance to the Regulation of Paysystem
As a company that has obtained a license as a Penitentiary of Category 2 of the Indonesian Bank, Perseroan's main business activities are within the regulatory of the current payment system. The company is required to run a business within the scope of the permit, including maintaining a major business in the field of digital payment services and obeying the terms of the regulator. Thus, any major business change should remain in alignment with the regulator's terms and cannot be done randomly.
The Perseroan Management insists that CasH's main business activities remain within the industrial scope of the payment system according to its own permissions. Each Perseroan strategic move will be carried out by leading the principle of a good company (Good Corporation Governance) and following the regulator's rules.
